Summary:
The front desk receptionist is the first point of contact for customers, guests, and walk-ins.
They perform various functions, including providing clerical and customer support duties.
Job Duties &
Responsibilities:
Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately Answering phone calls and providing information to callers or routing them as necessary.
Maintaining and replenishing supplies for copiers, fax machines, and other office equipment.
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks such as copying, faxing, taking notes, making travel plans, and filing documents.
Handling, filing, and distributing various inbound and outbound correspondence, deliveries, invoices, and miscellaneous documentation.
Receiving guests, making coffee.
Running credit card transactions from time to time.
Keeping the conference rooms organized and clean.
Maintaining a clean reception/welcome area.
Job Type:
Full-time Schedule:
8 hour shift Monday to Friday Work Location:
In person.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
