Manager, Talent Acquisition Program Management


Summary:
As the Manager, Talent Acquisition Program Management, you will focus on full cycle recruitment for lead and establishing positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders and be accountable for short- and long-term project results.
This is a strategic role where youll be expected to drive the entire project lifecycle from inception, planning, execution, and communication of final deliverables.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (35%):
Under the direction of the Director - Talent, responsible for managing the organizational talent acquisition strategy and function including but not limited to the following key
Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to build overall recruiting strategy:
understand the needs of hiring managers and source the best talent to fill open positions.
Leverage LinkedIn recruiter and other methodologies for sourcing candidates for key leadership and corporate openings.
Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Assist with deploying programs to increase talent pipeline for the future.
In addition, network and develop relationships with universities and/or associations as needed.
Program Management (65%):
Under the direction of the Director Talent, this position is responsible for executing on Great Wolfs programmatic job board strategy optimizing spend, conversions and applications across the brand.
This role will develop and execute organizational talent acquisition strategies on key talent platforms including Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn and others.
Research talent acquisition solutions and collaborate on managing vendor relationships, and effectiveness of partnerships to make recommendations for optimization.
In partnership with the commercial digital team, evaluate and optimize performance of the jobs website and applicant funnel and continually optimize for performance.
In partnership with the Marketing team, evaluate, optimize and execute on macro and micro recruitment marketing strategies to drive top and bottom of funnel for frontline and leadership roles.
Develop and advance the organizations employment branding in partnership with Marketing teams including external branding that resonates to drive employment marketing performance, as well as aligning internal employment branding materials to ensure consistency of employment branding materials through a candidate and employee lifecycle.
Drive employment branding including creative and asset creation using data driven decisions.
Provide process and technical support for existing systems and process, including troubleshooting issues and responding to end user inquiries.
Create, update and maintain recruiting process documentation, team documentation and training materials; publish these materials on appropriate platforms.
Assist with managing budgets, contracts of associated staffing vendors, and relocation.
Under the direction of the Director - Talent, this position is responsible for managing and owning Talent Acquisition programs and projects, which enhance the candidate/stakeholder experience and directly impact the growth initiatives within the organization.
Create project plans, goals, and timelines, while also providing reporting and regular updates to ensure projects stay on track.
Work cross-functionally with field HR, operations leaders, and clients to define requirements, execute recruiting projects, measure and analyze results and quality, and design for process improvements.
Establish relationships and consult with key stakeholders and hiring managers on recruitment and candidate experience to assure a best in class recruitment process and experience.
REQUIRED
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business, HR, marketing or a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
3-4 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Operations.
Demonstrated program and project management experience including managing complex projects on time and within budgetary guidelines Demonstrated strong data, analytical and technical skills.
Demonstrated strong written/verbal communication, interpersonal and leadership skills including preparing materials for and presenting to executive leadership.
Demonstrated and proven good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions that impact strategy, process, budget and outcomes.
Strong demonstrated organizational skills using technology.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a team as well as collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Advanced skill level in MS Office, project management tools, etc.

Qualifications:
