Pediatric Emergency Medicine Opportunity

The Department of Emergency Medicine at Loyola University Medical Center, located in Maywood, Illinois, is seeking a BE/BC Pediatric Emergency Medicine physician.

This position primarily focuses on the clinical care of pediatric patients in the emergency department, however, responsibilities will include supervision and education of EM and pediatric residents, medical students, as well as an opportunity for non-clinical time related to the EM residency, and quality and operational initiatives.
The position will include a faculty appointment to Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine.

Loyola is an active EMS Resource Hospital, a Level I Trauma Center, regional burn center, and cardiovascular facility with an active aero-medical transport program.
Loyola Medicine is a quaternary care system based in the western suburbs of Chicago that includes Loyola University Medical Center (LUMC) in Maywood, Gottlieb Memorial Hospital (GMH) in Melrose Park, MacNeal Hospital in Berwyn and convenient locations offering primary and specialty care services from 1,772 physicians throughout Cook, Will and DuPage counties.
