Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services Manager to work flexible shifts. The ideal candidate will have Health Care experience as well as floor care and project work experience. This is a full time management position at Loyola Medical Center, a 485 bed medical and surgical facility. The (61-acre) main medical center campus located in the western suburbs of Chicago overseeing a team of 30. The candidate will need to be flexible to work rotating shifts as the needs of the business warrant it. Preferred candidates will be a graduate of the Sodexo Environmental Services Technical Training and have on the job Sodexo knowledge and skills with our UOS, Trakkar, Quality Improvement Programs, Customer Service and Bed Tracking. This manager will place a large focus on the patient experience, customer service and positively affecting patient satisfaction scores as well as patient throughput.
Supervises hourly staff providing custodial service to client. Responsible for work force planning, Quality Assurance training and administrative functions for designated area. Typically reports to General Manager or Operations Manager.
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
