Supervise the day-to-day operations and management of the Heavy Hauling organization; and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements governing the transportation of oversized/heavy loads. Directly supervise Heavy Hauling employees.
1. Implement initiatives designed to improve material delivery process and align performance with regulatory requirements.
2. Support client focused interface with customers to effectively align delivery of oversized / heavy loads and poles with job site material needs.
3. Supervise heavy hauling processes that include the delivery and pick up of oversized and heavy loads.
4. Ensure compliance with DOT and EPA regulatory requirements.
5. Supervise the pole delivery process including daily monitor and stocking of pole bunkers, safe delivery to job sites, and return of pole to inventory as need where appropriate.
6. Ensure driver qualifications are maintained and that the drivers receive training specific to the trucks and equipment they are required to operate as part of a work assignment.
7. Support balancing cost control with client needs to meet service, cost and asset management needs
8. Support the Business Units' Emergency Response activities as assigned
Provide support for inventory distribution of oversized and heavy materials from distribution facilities to remote job sites, emergency warehouses in remote locations, and staging areas in support of achieving the customers reliability goals; and in support of emergency restoration of services.
Position impacts external customer satisfaction in terms of service reliability (outage duration and frequency).
Supervise Supply heavy hauling employees.
Direct interface with business unit clients representing various departments.
Travel on average 50% across Exelon sites and business units as business needs dictate.
Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, science or related field with five (5) years experience or High school diploma or equivalent, with eight (8) years of experience
Working knowledge of the Inventory, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable modules of Passport (Purchasing, Contracts, and Action Tracking)
Working knowledge of DOT regulations.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
