Director Planning Design & Construction

Position Summary: Responsible for the organization, direction, and control of all Planning, Design & Construction Services activities at Loyola University Health System in order to provide efficient and effective programming,design and construction to include activities associated with long-range planning and development of facilities, including construction of buildings, utilities, site work and remodeling projects in the support of patient care services while ensuring service line meets the Medical Center's mission, vision, goals and objectives, the needs of users, and that operations comply with all pertinent regulatory and accreditation requirements. Position Requirements: Minimum Education: Required: Bachelors Degree OR equivalent training acquired via work experience or education Preferred: Masters Degree Specify Degree(s): Prefer a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Residency: N/A Minimum Experience: Required: 6-10 years of previous job-related experience Preferred: 10+ years of previous job-related experience Details: Must have ten years of progressive Planning, Design and Constructionexperience, to include three years at a management level position. Director and/or service line manager experiencepreferred. Work experience in a large complex healthcare organization preferred. Managerial Experience: 3-5 years Licensure/Certifications: Required: N/A Preferred: N/A Other: Must hold at least one current professional licensure or certification from a related association. Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) or Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) credentials from the American Hospital Association (AHA) or equivalent professionalcertification or licensor preferred. LEED AP BD+C certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), is preferred. o Qualifying professional engineers and architects must be licensed professionals with an active professional registration, and eligible for licensure within the State of Illinois. 00105534

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
